The Union Association of Alpha Delta Phi is a member-based organization. All members were or are undergraduate members of the Union College Chapter of Alpha Delta Phi.

 

The Association came into existence in 1889 in order to be the designated lessee of a parcel of land at Union College on which it would build a chapter house which would be the home for its members for over 100 years.

 

During this time, the Association's focus was primarily maintaining the facility. However, in 1999, the College elected to terminate the land lease. With the Chapter now residing in a college owned building, the Association has become more pro-active in supporting the Chapter through leadership development programming, scholarships and financial aid.
